How does Rapid Transformational Therapy® work?

· RTT® embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis, cognitive behavioural therapy, psychotherapy, psychology, healing and neurolinguistic programming (or NLP) that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients.

· Unlike many hypnotherapy treatments, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. RTT® therapy gets to the root cause of an issue, giving the clients the most liberating understanding and transformative power to achieve dramatic long lasting results.

· RTT® is endorsed by the National and International Council of Psychotherapists, the American Board of Hypnotherapy, the International Association of Complementary Therapists, plus the International Institute of Complementary Therapies.

How does Marina’s RTT ® therapy work?

Behind every event in our lives is a belief, a thought process that leads to this event.

Marisa Peer taught me that our thoughts create our emotions, our emotions our actions and our actions our events.

I believe that each person is unique and that all of us who practice in RTT® comes with our own special touch.

I am a very spiritually aware being and had been this way since childhood. Through the years this became stronger and more defined not only in my life, but in how I work.

When a client comes to me with a presenting problem, I use RTT® as I have learned it to extract the root belief that stems from a thought. I often refer to this as your inner radio station. It plays the same thoughts about yourself over and over in your mind. Every single client has thoughts that are really negative about themselves.

Through RTT® I guide them to heal that situation through many steps to finally bring them to the point where we create a new radio station just for them. This consists of the words they would like to hear about themselves.

One of the tools in my toolbox in my strong intuition and that has served me and my clients well.

Over time I also had clients who went into past lives without me guiding them there. In order to be prepared for this, I studied this occurrence as well and when I sense now that there is some stuck karmic energy, I know how to release that.

How is a session structured?

RTT® in itself is a structured and proven method to go to the root cause/belief that results in the presenting issue that our clients want to get relief from. We Investigate what the root cause is, Interpret how it resulted in the presenting issue, then we Interrupt it and lastly we Install a better thought process.

In my sessions, I use my intuition a lot. This means that when I get to a step in the process and I sense that there is something more, I will take the client there.

My ultimate desire is for each of my clients to walk away from our sessions with new beliefs and the ability to capture their thoughts before it turns into emotions and events. Therefore, I work hard to get to the root problem and use my gift of intuition.

How does it get to the root of the issue?

In RTT® we go to the subconscious mind to find the root cause, where that seed was planted, or as I like to call it, where the messages in your radio station started. I tap into the memory of the client on the subconscious level, and then I deal with what shows up.

We use hypnotherapy in a meditative way to get to this part of the memory.

Once we uncover what led to the root cause we can give a new meaning to it, and heal it.
